Right now, super-rich oligarchs are hoarding extreme wealth, fanning the flames of climate collapse with their lavish lifestyles, and exploiting people and the planet for profit. They then rig the political system in their favour by buying up the media and bankrolling politicians.
The wealth of the world’s ten richest men grew on average by almost $100 million (£80.52 million) a day and even if they lost 99 per cent of their wealth overnight, they would remain billionaires.
